No index medias from Gallery

Hi all,

Medias name from Gallery are often like this z0932-t-937Z98290001.jpg and in my opinion is not very good that Google index this kind of content.
I have plenty of this link in my GG search results... So how can i prevent search engines to index medias from XF gallery ?
