I'm watching a video clip of the Olsen twins and one thing that they say that really has an impact is "No is a full sentence." What that means is you just say No. And that should be final. You don't need to make an excuse or give a reason, you have the right to say No. Their older sister said that this works with men and everyday aspects of our lives.

Have you heard the Olsens make this statement? Do you like it?
 
I can't say I have heard The Olsens make that statement but I have heard the phrase "no means no" and that you should not have to explain your reason for saying no to someone as that should be more than enough.

Yeah, that's very correct. It's an assessment given to those men who wants to have their with ladies to know it that whenever she says No, cease all possible attempt trying to get on with her. She's not interested and that should be respected.
