What sits odd with me is that you offer cloud hosting, but not VPS or dedicated.

Cloud hosting is more costly to set up and maintain than either, but they're not offered?

I'm not out to give you a hard time, just raising some very real concerns that people who take their hosting seriously will have.

Under your current setup, cloud hosting looks like a red herring.
