That is the video, the clip I need is from 1:11 to 1:26

In the best quality you can please, don't worry about the file size. The dimenaions should be about 200 in width (no more) and 111 in height.

If you can do that, I'll give you 1 more to do as well. If you can do that as well, I will give you rep points and a lot of cash.

Hmmm seems really slow and choppy. Perhaps it's my connection? Did you try saving it to your hard drive?

EDIT: I saved it to my hard drive. I kind of see what you mean but I thought the quality was similar. I suppose it's the frame rate but this must be the frame rate of the video on Youtube. I'll take a look at what I can do and post it.

Saving it to the hard drive won't improve the quality. I think it has to be saved via flash or something. Do you have that?

Edit: Something about '256 colors no compression' for the good quslity one if that makes any sense?

The colours of the gif should be the same as the video. I'm pretty sure I got the best quality from the source material. Hmmm. Not sure what to suggest.

Well if you compare the one I posted to yours, your one has dots and the other one is clear (but has a bigger file size which im not bothered about). Basically, If you can, I want the dots to be gone lol Will give you even more money if you can do that.

From 1:14 to 2:00 please. Again, best quality you can get and the size, hmm, try 200 in HEIGHT and the width should be whatever matches up with 200 so it will probably end up being about 400 in width, maybe a bit less.

Sorry but I tried with the higher quality file but there's little difference. It must be the flash video. Hopefully for an avatar it will be ok though. I'll get to work on video 2.
