A decent looking new forum. Possibly may be my first good review in some time.

The rules are very well thought out and clear, so there is no confusion. I suggest putting the topic as an announcement, instead of placing it in each forum. Would save space, and make things little a little cleaner.

The template looks very well. Nice and clean, with a definitive color scheme (not a huge splash of fruity colors, all over the place.) The banner may need a little work though. It is good for a start, but don't use it for any long term placement.

I suggest having a board at the bottom, titled "Plug In's" or something. One has an advertisement board, and the other is an afiliate board. In the description of the Affiliate board, put the follow code in, and you will see it looks much better than having a subforum for each linked site.
