Not a member of the forum anymore but getting emails

Awhile back I was very active on a forum for a few months and then just didn't feel comfortable being on the forum anymore and stopped going. I wasn't banned. But there was some uncomfortable situations going on at the forum that bothered me. So I left as it involved the forum owner.

I think I deleted my account. But I'm still getting forum emails. I don't really like the monthly reminder of what is going on at that forum. I don't really want to go back to the forum to inquire. And, I can't find an unsubscribe link in the monthly newsletters.

Not sure what to do about the situation and was hoping for suggestions.

Add their email address to your blacklist/ spam filter.

Blocking would work. (And it's probably the simplest and easiest method.)

But if you don't want to do that, you could perhaps try sending an email to that site's admin asking to be removed from the email list? The admin might have created a manual email list and not realise you aren't part of the site anymore.

I appreciate your advice, but I don't really ever want to speak to him again not even by email. And, he knows why.

But I will try to block the emails in some way.

I'd block the email personally. I have done that quite a few times. 🙂
