Not Growing On Twitch! giving up

Been streaming for five long straight months with over 50 passed stream videos and almost 1000 hours. When I do stream I stream for an good three to four hours. The lowest was about was 90mins and the longest time streaming was 9 hours then before that 8 hours.

I stream mixed games, not just all Simulator but other FPS and other content. Right now I have 73 followers and it has taken me five months to reach that amount 🙁 When I'm live I get nothing in chat, I mean I be streaming with 0 views or maybe 1 views. Even when I have 0 views I still talk and whatnot

It's getting to that stage that it's killing me and going nowhere. The highest Host that I had was about an month ago with 31 viewers and at of that I had no chat and one follower and the rest left.

I know one streamer who started like over a month after me and he doesn't have an good system to stream, But as I speak he has almost 300 followers with so much support!! and I'm thinking HUH!!!

@Empire to be really honest with you it's gotta to do with connection to be fair.

But you could always look out for people on Twitter and Instagram that are in the gaming niche that do shoutouts is the only thing I can think of to be honest with you @Empire.

I find it telling that I had to read into the second paragraph before you even mentioned what you were even streaming as the first paragraph was solely fixed on the stats. I see too much focus on numbers and not on what you are streaming which says something. If you love what you are doing and that is what you are broadcasting then people gravitate towards such people and away from those who simply are doing it for the numbers. It looks like to me that you are simply on twitch to become popular rather then to show off your favorite games and how well or not you can play them which might be why you haven't gotten yourself any sort of a fan base yet. In short, the problem is a bad mindset which your mindset whether good or bad is the foundation of which you build off of when doing anything.
