I was trying to imitate the Windows 11 wallpaper. With a very short amount of time, I got very close.
From different angles, it is very close to what Windows 11 has. But considering that it is a huge amount of work and very resource-intensive, I have decided to stop it here.
The whole idea is the wind blowing over a cloth. It is very hard on PC as it needs to simulate hundreds and perhaps thousands of points on which the wind is acting. The finer the cloth, the finer the output. The image above is very fine but still coarse by the standards required for an exact replica.
