NovaHost to Hawkhost

My hosting for movieflixonline is currently on Novahost.org. They always have been fast, great, and no downtime at all. Its also the same for Hawkhost. I don't know if I should move if I move to hawkhost I will have to pay $9.48 per 3 months. If I stay with Novahost.org I only had to pay $10 one time. So what should I do? I don't know if I should or shouln't. I don't want to make a move that I will regret.

I know we talked about some stuff regarding your website, will keep that between us as don't know if you want others to know. But as you talked something like that wouldn't happen on HawkHost, and if it 'DID' they would probably instantly fix the problem. My overall vote is yes the move should happen.

Well novahost.org is a great host the only problem is the support.. I am lucky to get support at least once a month.. The only guy that gives support about there host and actually has access to there servers is the owner itself. So I am mainly moving for support when I need it. Like when my co-owner Cloverfield sent me the database for the forum for movieflixonline I can't upload it because the import max is 50MB and I PM'd the owner of novahost about it but he is in college and I doubt I will get a reply in a few days maybe a week like usual... The support on a bigger host like hawkhost would be faster when I need it. Days waiting for just support for one little problem is just to long.

If support is your main concern, you're better off going with a larger hosting company with 24/7 support. If $4 per month isn't too much, I recommend http://www.geekstorage.com/

HawkHost offer 24/7 support also and in the rare cases we have needed them, they have been fast and helpful.
