DEVELOPMENT TEAM: Currently recruiting! It's currently only me, and I've love to have someone or multiple people to help on the project. I literally have a week off of school, so I'm going to start development today. Multiple developers means this can get done faster, with more quality! People who have knowledge of any of the languages are recommended: PHP, CSS, JavaScript/AJAX

What will NovaTops be? NovaTops will allow users to submit their sites to NovaTop's database, and watch their rank increase on the homepage (hopefully)! In summary, this allows users to post their site and try and get more and more site votes and out clicks to rank up, and hopefully achieve #1!
Will it be free? Yes, completely! Unless, the other developers decide to have some sort of premium option. Then we can have sites with extra features, such as bold or bigger font, different colored backgrounds on the rankings to attract users, even if you aren't ranked high!
Will the source code be released? Depends. Most likely not. Unless someone we decide to stop development completely, or we don't want to run the site anymore. We can then release the source code upon the approval of all developers.
Can I join the development team? You can reply to this post or send me a message, if you have knowledge of any of the languages/scripting languages: PHP (need people with good knowledge of PHP, this is very important!), CSS (we need people with good knowledge of CSS, we need a good theme layout!), JavaScript/AJAX (not required, but would be helpful in certain areas)
When will a BETA version be available? Soon, hopefully! But no need to rush. I'd rather have it out when it's in good quality, and not some half-assed coded script!
