Your Forum Review
First Impressions & Appearance
Going onto your forum it was dark and very simple, but I liked the colors as they suited the theme of the forum which is gaming. However I see now that nearly every type of gaming forum has a very dark skin, I don’t know why they do this but I think that it’s time that new gaming forums branch away from the overall dark forum, if they want to be unique and do well in the category of gaming forums. I am not saying change your skin, I’m just saying that in the future it should be in your mind, as there hundreds of gaming forums and if you want to do well, you need something new to interest members staying on your forums.
I always like to see the banner on top of everything else but on your forum there is a bar with your guidelines, but I can’t really fault you on that as you make it clear and easy to access the rules, which is a good thing and members can’t say they didn’t see the rules. However I do not like the sign in and register bar to the right of your banner and it looks like it is sitting right on top of your banner I think. Your banner is simple and it suits your theme very well. Your skin is also very generic and is not customized but that is okay because your forum is young.

Site Layout
You have 26 boards I think is a bit too big for your forum as it is only 9 days old and I think you have too many sub forums in your community section. I would suggest that you merge the humor section with the lounge as it is not really needed at this time and you can expand it with you get bigger. The gallery and the request can be merged together with the graphics corner and I would probably delete the tutorials. You could merge the tech problems with the technology spot forum. Youtube sub forum could be merged with media. Once you get bigger you can expand. Your layout is good and I can’t really fault it in anyway.

Statistics and Activity
Posts:661, Members:36. These are good statistics for 9 days of being open, I loved they way the admin has half the posts of the forum, however I then have a bit of concern that members have not been posting and of those 35 members they have only contributed 300 posts, which is not the best statistics. 6 of the 35 posters only have 0 posts which is very good as all the rest have a good post count for 9 days. You activity is okay there have been 8 members online today and hopefully there will be more, I think you did a good job in preparing the forum for its opening and I saw that you have posted around before the opening and this is a good sign and it shows that you are dedicated to your forum.

Staff Moderation
You have two staff members, One admin and one moderator this is a perfect amount for your forum, and I would not get any more staff for awhile, I saw that you mod is quite recent so you must of realized that you needed help and that is a good sign, that you are willing to accept help as some forum owners don’t like to get help. I think both have a good amount of posts, and seem very active as well. And you both are introducing members, which is good also.

Your spelling and grammar is good and I could find no spellings mistakes or grammar mistakes, your rules are good and they seem very professional. You staff are also quite professional in their conduct towards members.

Good start to a new forum, but remember that there are hundreds of gaming forums out there and you need to make you forum stick out.
