Are there any followers of Championship football.

As a Blackpool Fc Fan I'm stuck watching 2nd tier football
I do think Blackpool have a good team this year and a few weeks ago i was positive we could maybe reach automatic promotion. Tom Ince is set to be a sensation

I don't follow the Championship much but I do like Blackpool from when they were in the Premier League. I remember Villa playing them in the Premier League and it was one cold night.

Holloway was accused of fielding a weakend team that night and I think he was fined aswell but they do have some good attacking players this year, like Matt Phillips and Tom Ince. I'm interested to see how the Fonz (Delfouneso) does on his loan spell there. 🙂

Yea i think in their season in the Premiership, they surprised a lot of people with the free flowing sharp football, the one thing that does impress me is they use the full pitch and pass the ball quickly.

Hollaway has a a great mentality when it comes to the type of football he wants to play, i went to Wembley in the playoffs last year, west Ham robbed us in that game, but maybe we will reach the dizzy heights of the top tier again one day

I remember that play off game well, I was sort of rooting for Blackpool in that fixture but it was a shame they didn't pull through and get the victory they needed.

It was a good goal from Tom Ince to level the scores if I remember correctly but a late goal from Vaz Te got them through to the win.

It was one of those situations the longer the game went on we knew it wasn't going to be our day, too many chances going wide, we had chance after chance it stood to reason we would regret missed chances and would be sucker punched

Well yeah, very true. If you're not going to take your chances then there is a real possibility it may not be your day but on the other hand you could just get lucky with the game but it didn't appear to be like that on the day.

Lets just say it was a long journey home 🙁

I know the feeling, as for club level goes I have been to Wembley twice and haven't seen a single club victory there. Both visits were in the same season aswell, with one loss leaving alot of Villa fans hard done by a certain referee decision.

About the nPower Championship now though, how is Delfouneso doing at Blackpool?
