Pros:
I liked how you tried with the graphics and made a great attempt to do something with your site with graphics as most people would complain they have no time for that, bit the graphics were tacky and too glossy. I liked your scrolling bar a lot, but you should limit the fullstops on the last sentence and possibly make it coloured like dark blue and also try making it with the font you used within the forum but don't add images to it. Out off all that I am afraid that's basically all the pro's I could find.
Cons:
Let's start with graphics, yet I thought you made a good attempt with them but it is too anime covered. For a start change your background colour to black removing the gloss at each edge of the forum. Also when you look at the top of the forum it breaks, you should make that join together also with the footer too as it looks awful. The banner is far to big and you should re-size the images a bit smaller as it should be your text getting noticed more than the images although the banner looked good. The navigation bar, I honestly dis-liked it, I got sick of all the images and I think you have took it beyond depth. You should keep the first image of Naruto or something there and remove the other three and you cannot read them with the guy bending over them. The forum post icons, no new posts new posts, and locked are 2 times the size bigger than usual ones. You should remove the scar marks from the outside and just make it a rounded square. Also the category bar is ugly, to much gloss to it and you cannot read the text and the font colour you used makes it worse. I also noticed your affiliate button, it is too big and you should have text in there, plus you said, ''PM
Me For The Code'', who is me? Moving onto the forum layout, you could reduce the forum layout and it would be ten times easier to navigate down if the forum posting icons were re-sized. Honestly I never even bothered to look at half the forums as you do not have descriptions and the forums names do not make sense to new members and probably your current members. You have been open for nearly 2 months and you ave gained only over 200 posts and a few members, that is bad considering you could see you spent more time creating the forums than posting in the forums. Also you should make your rules more detailed and reduce the amount of red in it.
Final/General Thoughts: Didn't have much potential at all.
What was most liked about the website/forums: Honestly nothing really, least your giving it a shot.
What was disliked most about the website/forums: To much gloss and Naruto related graphics when they should be basic graphics.
