First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
The banner is kind of cool, but the word “Nukia” should be in a different color. There is a lot of blank space around the banner. Either make the banner wider, or add something on the sides. I like the red and white, but there’s too much white. Also, you can’t tell what the forum is actually about from the banner or anything else that’s easily noticeable. Either put more red into your theme, or add in another color as well (blue, yellow, or black because of your banner). I don’t like the ChatBox. All ChatBoxes do is just take posts away from your forum. If you want something like a ChatBox, make a general chat forum (or just use the off-topic forum). I don’t really like how you’re on ZetaBoards. You don’t normally see a successful forum on ZetaBoards, and you don’t have as much customizability. If you can, try to move to a real host, even if it’s free. Try to get something where you have your own file, like you would with a paid host. None of the “TOP FVES!” work.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
I like the order of your categories, but not some of you forums. You don’t really need the Person Forums forum on the main page. If you want to have it, make it a sub-forum under off-topic or something. The projects forum should be moved to either the top of the Nukia Main category or the bottom of the Nukia RPG forum as your forum is based on Nukia, so why put Nukia related stuff below other things?

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
You have over 23,500 posts and over 150 members. That’s pretty good for being open for a little longer than 7 months. Each member has an average of over 150 posts. On average each member also has just below 5 topics. Each topic is also averaging about 30 posts. So, your members are doing a great job at creating topics to get discussion going. Looking around, your forum also seems to be really active. Keep it up!

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
You have 3 members of staff which means you have about 50 members per staff. That’s a good ratio and you three seem to be handling the forum great. You have over 8,600 posts (over 1/3 of the posts), and you seem to always be online. That’s great. Your amount of posts shows that you care about the forum and you’re posting when you can. Each of your other members of staff has quite a bit of posts too. One of them has over 1,000 posts and the other one has a little less than 700 posts. One was on over the weekend and the other one hasn’t been on in about a week. That’s good taking into account the possibility of sickness, vacations, or something else coming up. You three are doing great as a team and don’t seem to need someone else right now.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
Change the name of the “Roleplay.” subforum to “Role-play”. You also have to remove the “.” At the end of these forums: “Events and competitions.”, “Defunct Nations.”, “National Favorites.”, “Nukitalia.”, “Advertising.”, “Roleplay.”, “Zach’s Forum.”, “Projects.”, and “Nu-Ki-Oh: The Duelists of the Empires.”.
