How many staffs do you have on your forum?

None, Personally I don't need any until I reach 100 members or perhaps if we succeed 10,000 posts.

I have 3 moderators.

Just myself atm, But when i get over certain amount of members/posts i may hire another admin. No point in having 50% members 50% staff. Id say 1 mod/admin for every 30/40 members.

My forum has two owners (my best friend and I) and two moderators.

Umm, 2 owners, 2 admins and 3 moderators.

1 admin, 2 mods, 2 global

1 other admin (who helps w/ Graphics and the like) and 2 Moderators.

I can probably run the site on my own, but it's nice to have other members helping you run the site.
