Forum Hour IS up right now. I've confirmed this with tons of people. And the funny thing is that I can access it via a proxy, but not without one. Here's what I've tried:

  • Flushing my DNS cache.
  • Clearing my Browsing Data. (cache, history, cookies, etc)
  • Resetting my router.
  • Renewing my IP.
  • Rebooting my computer.
  • Checking to see that my IP is not blacklisted.
And it's not specific to my computer. I can't on other devices in my house. What do you think it going on?

What do you get when you type this in your command prompt:

ping forumhour.com

You tried it on another computer?

Your forum doesn't seem like the type but maybe or ISP blocked it...
Yeah, I tried on my phone and my laptop, they both won't connect to it.
I don't understand why they would though. :S

The request times out almost immediately, all four packets are lost.

The problem is most likely with your host and has nothing to do with your ISP. Don't bother them with this. Contact your host and ask them to check their firewall for your IP. The most common cause of these types of errors is your IP getting blocked by the hosts firewall for whatever reason. Happened to me all the time until I got me a VPS.

You could always restart your router. Worked for me when I was banned from my host(password fail on my part 😛 )

I've been in contact with Believe all day, and Mark says that I haven't been blocked. So I don't know what's up.

I already tried that, didn't work. :S

Here's my results for a nslookup, ping, and tracert, if that helps someone. (19-30 were all timeouts as well)

The problem was because my IP was blacklisted, not by Believe Hosting, by from Empire (who Mark resells for). Mark couldn't check this, but we got in contact with Sshadow and now it's all good.
