On a scale from 1-5 (1 being the worst), how good are you at making IPB themes?
Would you be able to help me out with this during the day? I am in Eastern Time USA.
How much programming do you know?

Depending on how much you help me, will depend on how many forum posts, FP$ and advertising I do. My limits for everything are what I have physically. So 6k FP$ or whatever it says I have, then whatever time I have to do forum posts (could be 1k, idk) and advertising will start the day we finish and could go on for months.
