Offering Incentives to Encourage Posting on Your Forum

Do you offer incentives to post on your forums? Well, I do not have paid posters on my forums, however, I frequently hire paid posters (that's usually when the forum has become a ghost town for a long time). I also use webmaster forums and buy posting packages. Do you have paid posters on your forums? How much money you are spending per month on paid posters?

At the moment with my low funds, any kind of incentives I would offer for my forum to encourage activity would be free ways such as forum posting exchanges. If I did have the funds and they were there to invest in my forum though I would consider paying people to post on my forum to encourage activity and get activity going again.

I don't pay actual money to get posts on my forum but I'll pay FP$ at times. I think the quality by paying in FP$ is still there.
