Only because we didn't have Essien, Lampard and Drogba (fit) playing. If we had them then it wouldn't have been a problem but our passing was also very crap today which is unlike us. At least we have that game out the way and still top by 2 points with Fulham and Sunderland being our next 2 games and they are at home. Should be 6 points.

Liverpool now 9th, Arsenal only 3rd by GD and United are 2 points off Chelsea (and still unbeaten).

Chelsea's second defeat on the trot puts Man United on level points with them. An amazing game from Ben Foster & a wonderful goal from Varney yesterday. Arsenal again fail to produce anything in the important games and Liverpool are clawing their way back into the Premier League. City show how unpredictable they can be, a win puts them 4th.
