Who created this forum? Who installed all the modifications on the forum? What team went to the trouble of uploading a theme and images for it? Who keeps the TL in top top condition? - Administrators.
Yes community team do keep the forum in shape from preventing it from spam and try to enforce the rules in every way, but believe me administrators do more.
