I think you might have used Rainmeter software to customize your Desktop because it is the only known software for desktop customization. Your theme is good and there are many more this kind of customized desktop themes available on Rainmeter.

That would annoy me so bad, especially the taskbar at the top, oh god. I suppose it is because I like my desktop laid out in a specific way though.
