Offshore VPS - Worth it?

I can get an offshore VPS for ~$120 a year, is it worth it? I know someone else who uses their hosting services and he's extremely happy, so with the quality question out of the way, is the plan good enough for the money?

Hosted in NL which allows for warez linking and adult content

I'll be buying offshore hosting of some sort before the end of the year hopefully, but does this sound like a good deal?

Id watch out for the unmetered CPU.

The umetered CPU is actually one of the key features I like, some scripts I run do use a lot of CPU and I see it becoming an issue on my current hosting over time as the sites that run the scripts grow.

Everyone is looking at that same key feature, so if everyone is running up the CPU. That can lead to trouble.

I pay that in a month for my VDS ( dedicated kinda server)
