I started an initiative on FP.
Nobody wanted to make extra FP$ by posting on FP.
So the donations that came in for the initiative were unused.
I then left FP and thus people requested the FP$ back.
I probably spent some FP$ (and was going to make it back, but left before I earned some more) and thus, when users got their FP$ back, I went into the negatives.
