It's not meant for you to see, though.

Uck, don't you hate it when people do that? They're talking to you, then say to you they have an idea, and then say "it's not meant for you". >_<" I'd really like to smack people when they do that. It's basically saying "I have an idea, but not for anyone else to know about".

It makes me madder when you're staff on the said forum. "It's only for the main admin to see". Oh please, anything the main admin can see all the staff can see. (unless it's an admin board..then only admins can see...but you get my point)

It's pretty much the same thing in real life when someone tells you "I have a secret"..that's basically baiting you. If you're not gonna tell them the secret/idea, don't mention it at all to them.

While it is annoying sometimes it's just none of your business and that's when you need to step down, and think "Alright, obviously it's none of my business, instead of getting mad over it and go crying in a corner, ill leave it at that", it'll stop a lot of drama and well if someone doesn't want to tell you something or something clearly doesn't involve you simply don't get involved. :great:

I think what Grievous is referring to is when someone directly says, "I have an idea" to another person, but then they won't tell them what the idea is. It seems rather unnecessary to tell someone that you have an idea if you're not going to tell them what it is, doesn't it? I can definitely see someone's not wanting to talk about it when asked about it, but it's different when the person in question brought it up in the first place.

It's not something to lose sleep over, but it is somewhat annoying.

Yeah well that's very true.

But what I mean being on this subject, is that if someone knows something and they don't want to tell you and you ask, don't get all mad over it if they don't tell you, as it's most likely none of your business anyway. :great:

Nathan, you obviously didn't read my post. I said, if someone is talking to you and they say "I have an idea", then say "it's not for you to hear", what was the point of that person telling you they had an idea if you aren't gonna know what it is?

I'm not saying I'm gonna get angry because they don't tell me, I'm going to get mad that they said they had an idea KNOWING they weren't going to tell me what it was.

I know that, but when you said something like:

"It makes me madder when you're staff on the said forum. "It's only for the main admin to see". Oh please, anything the main admin can see all the staff can see. (unless it's an admin board..then only admins can see...but you get my point)"

It often brings in 2 subjects, one that the admin doesn't tell you something and 2 you ask for it. Not saying that you would, but that's the impression some would get with the above statement 😉

It's simply annoying i mean why to bother or eat our head when the person in front doesn't want to share with us

however the exception is when you know the someone special for us tempts us to ask questions or simply enjoy :cheer:
