If that's a blue skin, you should get a blue-ish banner so that they match.
"Help, Rules, Shop, Members" should be below the banner. They are an eyesore when beside it. You should probably replace those links with images as well. It would look more interesting that way.
The forum index tables are far too wide. Make them narrower.
Needs custom images instead of the default IPB ones.

To be honest, there's nothing really special about your forum, which is a shame. I'll give you a couple of points for trying to make your own unique skin, but it still needs some work. I also like how you have the Anime person on the category list thing on the index.
