Old iPods

Do you have an old iPod? Do you still use it?

I have an old Touch 4 and pulled it out of the drawer yesterday so I can listen on my hikes like I used to. I stored it away when my mom passed away because she gave me the money to purchase it. It made me sad to think about it for a while.

I've been adding some more music to it today (Christmas songs!!).

I never had an iPod, which is unfortunate. I had an MP3 player that sadly broke. Don’t ask.

I have an iPod 4 G. I don't have the charging cable so it is lying discarded. However, when I used last time it was in perfect condition. The only problem was software wasn't updating, which made it impossible to add new media or even use some apps like youtube or facebook

I don't have one currently, but I remember having an iPod Nano and an iPod Touch when I was younger. The Nano ended up getting stolen when I was in high school because I stupidly left my stuff out in the locker room during PE, and one day, I guess someone decided to go through my stuff and take it. Can't remember what happened with the Touch though, other than I remember getting it at some point after the Nano and using it as a way to text my friends when I was connected to wifi because I didn't have a cell phone at the time.

I started school with a portable CD player 😂

Thankfully my parents eventually got me an MP3 player.

I really wanted an iPod back in the day, but I got one of those other MP4 players for Christmas instead. The brand was Creative Zen. Unfortunately the battery died a few years ago.

I wanted a iPod back in the day but never got one. My wife used to have a iPod video, then it broke so she got a iPod nano. That unfortunately stopped working too lol. I think we still have it somewhere too.

Never owned an iPod, in fact, I wish that I had owned one back in the day, and if I had one or two still, then I would keep it: Not to use but just to have it. I know you can still buy them via eBay, but it's pointless

I think you'd love the sound quality!

I was listening to some songs on iTunes on my laptop with earbuds and then listened to them on my iPod, and wow, it's staggering how much better the quality is for the iPod! It's so crystal clear.

I've never had an iPad.

My hubby had an old tablet once......I can't remember how old it was but it didn't work anymore. He was going to give it to me because he didn't use it anymore but he ended up buying me my own when he realized it didn't work anymore.

I didn't have an ipod, I had a knock-off MP3 player with a touch screen. I was always pretty jealous of the other kids who had the actual ones - the click wheel was really neat.

I also love watching Dankpods repair videos.

I have... a lot of iPods. 😛

I got my first iPod when I was pretty young, a 1st generation iPod shuffle, and later got a nano, touch, another touch, and started collecting older models once they got to be pretty cheap. Nowadays I think I have more than 25 iPods, at least? I'd have to count again. 😛 But my regular, everyday-use iPods are a 4th generation iPod photo with an upgraded SD card inside (currently 64GB, but it's almost full finally after 10 years!) that I use in the car, an iPod shuffle 4th gen that I use on walks, and a 6th gen iPod nano that I also use on walks, with a different playlist than the shuffle. 🙂

I think we still have one or two floating around the household, but no one uses them since we all have iPhones now.

I had an old iPod nano I haven’t touched it in YEARS. It probably doesn’t even work anymore to be honest. I am not sure what happened to my old iPod touches.
