[FP Awards]

Welcome to the first annual FP user awards ceremony!

As 2009 draws to a close, Forum Promotion has decided to reflect back upon all the great contributors and contributions that define our community by hosting the first ever user awards event in the history of the site. For two weeks, members were able to acknowledge the dedicated and talented individuals who embody all that Forum Promotion stands for by nominating them for awards. We have received hundreds of nominations for nineteen predefined awards categories, and the awards committee has thought up a few additional categories for specific deserving members.

Congratulations to all award winners! Winning an award here is quite an honor and I believe the award winners deserve the award they received. Congratulations to the nominees as well and just because you didn't win the award doesn't mean your not great. Otherwise you wouldn't be nominees!

I accept my two awards graciously and with great humility. First and foremost, I'd like to thank Zane for putting such great effort into the FP awards. Secondly, I'd like to thank everyone who nominated me. I am forever in your debt. Thirdly, I'd like to thank my mother for giving birth to me (even though I was an accident).
