I really don't know why you have started promoting your site to be honest, it has no template, no banner and a lot of empty forums and you only have one section.
If it was me that board would NOT be being advertised yet. I don't see who's going to join a forum which is so incomplete.Also why is it called booard instead of board?
Your forum has no banner, lack of punctuation and good grammar, and no activity. As sbfc stated above, you should start getting everything added to your forum before you start advertising/promoting it. 😉
Overall, it looks nice and if you get some activity, there will be some great discussion throughout your discussion forums.
