One Tip

I'm not good with tips but this is one I was thinking about. If you are getting alot of traffic and activity on your site or forum continue to advertise it. I know it seems stupid doing packages/posts for a huge forum but it's worth it. If there's not enough topics to reply to for the active members then they will just leave. They're not superheroes so they cannot think of every single topic to write. Just continue to advertise with exchanges/buying posts through forum cash and buying posts through real cash.

I totally disagree that buying posts is a good thing, but I definitely agree that you can never just afford to rest on your laurels when things pick up. I could point people to lots of large forums with a million zillion posts that have little or no activity as of today. They're the walking dead, because their management probably decided they didn't need to put in any marketing anymore.

Well, if you buy posts in real cash, you get better quality posts. I agree with you mate. Nice tip.

I would disagree. Even forums with 500 000 posts can end up dead, or not make 1000 posts per day as an average. If you purchase posting, how is 100 posts or so going to affect a forum with 500k posts? It would seem like little activity if you put it in that contrast.

Well, I was talking if the forum is about to be dead or just new. If the author of this tip was talking about all forums, I can see what you're talking about when you say "how is 100 posts or so going to affect a forum with 500k posts?"
