Technical Support: They have a chat support. It seemed great at first but the staff there are hard to understand and they dont know how to put things simply.
Customer Support: Same as above.
Pros: Always up. Simplicity.
Cons: The support is bad but not *terrible*. It doesnt feel complete. Its somewhere between weebly like services a cPanel services. I dont like it. But since i have it free for 1 year i still have it. They do have a file manager but its very limiting. You cant even unzip a zip file in the editor. Also the only 'app' you can to your site is weebly.

Would you recommend them? Depending who it is. If its a professional, no. If its an absolute novice, no. But if its one of thos people who are just starting to get out of weebly and wix and going to control panel like things for the first time. Definitely.
