How many of you would be interested in seeing a website marketplace from which you are able to sell established websites, advertising, services, domain names, templates, etc? Also, how many of you would use it? I need honest feedback guys, no things like "yeah sure sounds great!". I need a general outlook on how many people would be willing to use a website like this before I get serious about it.

There is a proven market for marketplaces like that. The Buy, Sell, Trade section of DP has almost 7 million posts. Most webmaster forums have a category for that and there are other places such as http://sitepointmarket.com/ and Flippa.
The market is there, the trick is to come up with something innovative that is of real benefit to the users of such a marketplace.

I wouldn't go through with it unless you are using a very smooth process like the current big guys in the competition.
