Paid (Open) Seeking Paid Moderator, Admin or Package Team Work

I'm open for 1 or 2 forums to do work on. A reminder, I don't want my time abused. If the part time rate for the item per month is a bit steep, I am willing to negotiate below my asking rates, so long as my time isn't abused.

I've had my time abused in the past, and that is one of the many reasons why I charge so much for even the part time non hourly, monthly rates on moderation and administration.

I am willing to adjust rates on those two, based on priorities you want me to focus on, and if I feel like my time won't be abused.

For the review rates, that will be a firm price. It takes time to properly give reviews, and even though I would be happy to charge less or take alternative payment, if I am being paid cash, I want my time to mean something.

And last but not least, I am willing to take things as an alternative to paying, if it is something worth it as an alternative. Example being VIP, discounts on items with the amount being the discount, software licenses, etc.

I've removed most of of the overtime stuff to the full time administration work, and just left it with standard time and a half (1.5 times hours over).

I have also included two options for a retainer fee for Administration Work. A flat fee option for work up to x amount of hours, and a monthly option. Both have a minimum hourly amount tagged to it, but can be adjusted based on work expected, based on how frequently you want me to participate, over a period of time.

Frequency is based on total hours over a week, month, quarterly or longer.

So if you do the flat fee upfront, you can ask that the hours be split up over a longer period of time, or over a relatively shorter period.

For the monthly one, the charge is based on a general limit of hours you expect me to work. Any time I work that is required above that amount of time, I bill for at the end of the month.

The retainer fee could also work for everything else, like service team work, or moderation. If this sounds like a good idea, over paying monthly for the potential that there might not be enough work to keep me busy, feel free to make an offer.

I've updated the opening post slightly.

Changes:
1. The Full Time Admin position is now in a spoiler, to not confuse that and the lower cost Admin position. I will be reviewing this section in the future, and will be making adjustments to it.
2. Part Time Relaxed Administration or basic administration, whatever you want to call it, I have updated the cost section to the following:

Forum Category Dependent Cost: $100-$500 USD Monthly Base Pay; Negotiable pay rate for long term contracts (negotiated privately).​

As a note, if you have a Minecraft Server that you need a little extra help on moderating users, I also am offering services to help there. I am currently moderating one server, but it isn't all that active at the moment.
