[Opened again!] Temporary Graphics Shop

As my previous shop became very popular last year I decided to open it again, temporary (maybe few weeks or so).
Please reply here what you need. Please include every detail (pixels, colors, everything! I can't read your mind.)
This includes:
Exact size in pixels, borders, transparency, color scheme, icons/images on it, fonts, text effects, shadows, glass effects...and so on!
Details, please!

I'm not going to show my previous work since you probably have seen them already. And I don't have to prove my skills anymore 🙂 (Yes, people said/say that I'm good at it so let's just believe them 🙂).

I accept FP$ ONLY.

Highest FP$ & forum posts offers get first priority.

Larger banners/images cost more (I don't want to see any large banner requests, and such, with FP$ below 200), smaller not that much. As always.
Last few requests were ~500 FP$. But I'm making this little rule:
You decide how much do you want to pay - but don't go too high and don't go too low. 🙂

There IS A DIFFERENCE between logos and banners!!!
(Header logo is not a banner for me. I consider banners as advert banners only!)

I am highly dedicated and I spend a lot of my time on every image I make. (I'm a bit perfectionist 😛)

I would like a text add. 88x31 pixels. Using this image.

Of course it will need to be scaled down and the text "M1 Family" written below it. Either blue or red. Which ever will look better. And if you could make the back ground invisible so you don't see that white around it. Be much appreciated. I just hope that it will look good with that picture scaled down that far.

Yea a banner to replace the current one on the forum. As long as it is the height I gave you, the width doesn't have to be the size it is on the current banner.
