Watch the video, read the things below, be amazed. Then, discuss. Opera has always been known to do weird things, like invent tabbed browsing for example. Will this turn out good, or fail epically?

Also, this might be old, but I discovered it this morning by accident ~lol~

If you right-click a tab and hit "arrange" you can do all kinds of sweet stuff. As far as I know this can't be done in FireFox, but then again, of course it can't. Since Opera invented the tab concept I suppose they're tabs will also be better (because the original is best eh?) ~wink~

I've seen this at work and it looks pretty cool, I think it will work well. I'm even thinking of installing opera, I'll see might do it today -happy-

@Gimgak
As far as I know, it'll be an Opera 10 feature, not one to be released in the current version. I'd still download and play with Opera now though, because it is indeed awesome ~wink~

I've been waiting for Opera to bring out a feature that blows the other browsers out of the water, and one that's so big it legally can't be copied and exploited (like FireFox did with the tabs >_>) and really puts Opera at the top. I like the idea behind this, making the web more of what it should be, a data network.

Only thing i'd like to see is forced 128bit encryption on the transfers >.>

That seems pretty sweet. May well start really using Opera again, but I like my Firefox addons.

@orc_dragoon
Opera is not known for it's bugs ~wink~

Opera 10, which is when the feature will appear, is in beta testing now. It's going to be released early 2010, and if they've got it working to the point where they go public about it, you better bet they'll test the crap out of it for bugs and such ~cheesey_grin~

@Traygon
I'm thinking of maybe starting a thread on My Opera (official forums) about changing the widget issue to work with FireFox addons (since FF is open source,a nd little edits need be done in all reality) I'm not sure how'd they react though, which is why i'd want everyone else to post their own thoughts in the thread. I'll tell everyone if I decide to, may not have the time, however.

@iCrazy
Are you using 9.64 or 10? Big difference in bugs there, as 10 is in beta and 9.64 is an official release of a stable version.

Opera is pretty good and it has many options I like. I'm curious to see what they'll do in Opera 10. Opera can be counted as one of the most securest browsers. But the introduction of the tabs is something what I do not like that much. I expected another innovation of the web like a 3D internet. And I think 3D based internet is something what should come as next.

Cool.
They should really reinvent the name of the browser though. -lol-
