First Impressions & Appearance – (11 out of 20)
The first thing that strikes me when I load up your website is that I am on a landing page, requiring me to click on a link to get to the main site. Now, personally, I have never been a fan of these. There is not much information on it, and gives me an extra click to get to your site. This I feel may put off some users.
Your main site looks nice and clean however. The one worry I do have though is that many of your images seem as though they have been made in paint. Now, I am not saying this is the case, however they do feel unprofessional. This I feel is due to the sheer amount of different colours you are using in all of your images. A style should have a colour scheme, and your's I just don't feel as though it does. There is however a positive to this - all of your images, including your logo, stand out due to their colours, and make me feel welcome, possibly due to primary colours that are used. Lastly, the only other thing I can say about your style is to try and make your whole site theme constant. Your forum theme is totally different to your website theme, again making it look unprofessional. All in all however, your site makes me feel welcome (which one like yours should), and is god for a custom-coded site. Do some little tweaks here and there and I feel as though this score will rise rapidly.
Site Layout – (14 out of 20)
Overall, your layout is simple and easy to navigate, and this I like. The navbar in the top right of the page is easy to use, and contains exactly the right amount of links so to I can get to every part of the site, yet not get confused as to exactly which link I need to click on. The one thing I did note however is that some links work whilst others do not. The one big example I have here is that Services > Community takes me to your forum, whilst Resources > Community does not. This is somewhat confusing, and should be fixed.
The rest of your website follows a consistent layout however, and there is little I think you could do to improve this, apart from maybe have less whitespace about your pages. I also feel that, on your forum, you should have the same links as you do on your main navbar.
Statistics and Activity – (10 out of 20)
This is hard for me to cover for the majority of your website, but I will give you some advice. Your Twitter and Facebook accounts seem to be actively used, however looking through past posts there seems to be a large gap between some posts. It is good to see that you are slowly improving that, and this I hope you continue. Your forums however are another story. I understand that due to the nature of your forum, and what it is used for, most posts need to be created by other users and not yourself or staff members, but I feel as though you could do more to promote this section of your site to improve this.
Content – (14 out of 20)
Again, this is rather hard for me to comment on as there is not much content on your site. However, everything on there is of a good length and quality, and this includes your forum posts. Your posts to members are thoughtful and helpful, and it is obvious you are here to help them, not mock. The rest of your website is written in a professional yet friendly manner, and this I love. It is showing users that you are friendly and easy to talk to, yet professional at the same time and this is something you need to be for your target audience.
Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism – (15 out of 20)
Your spelling and grammar is perfect as far as I could see - there were no glaringly obvious mistakes. I know I have already said this, but your professionalism is good. Due to the friendly nature of your site it is hard to look really professional, but this I feel is not something you should aim for, put more effort into your friendliness as you have been doing. I say this because, if I were coming to your site for support I want friendly, empathetic people, not boring business-like people.

Final Remarks:
Your site is easy to navigate, and very open and friendly. All I would say is; get rid of the landing page, I (and others most probably) find very annoying, fix little bugs such as missing links, centralise all the themes so they look the same and possibly add c a blog system so there is content to keep people coming back to your site.
