Your Full Website Review
Looks and Style - (Out of 20)
I like the simplicity of your site, the colours are nice and subtle and the whole design is easy to view. The first thing I notice is the bright pink favicon you are using compared to the blues and beiges of the rest of the site, it wouldn't take you long to adjust this so it looks like the rest of the site. I find the slideshow on the front page quite annoying in the way it shifts back to the first image. A few adjustments in the javascript could make this transfer much calmer and easier to view. The welcome introduction via video is a nice touch, but I personally like to have a bit of text to read too. You have some links on the footer that are in blue text, these are nearly impossible to read on the dark background you have, they just look like a smudge. The social media icons and the email icon on the right sidebar aren't aligned with the text. I really like the upcoming events box and the javascript box used on the Welcome, quick news and twitter feed.
All the pages are well laid out and easy to read, some content is lacking in places, such as on the about us page. For some reason, on the news page there is a huge void of empty space when the text ends before the footer is reached, this looks really odd and unprofessional. The quick links menu crashes with the Donate button, making the text jumble up and hardly readable.
Your logo is very simple, it is nice and easy to read. For a site like this I would recommend you work on a logo that people will remember and recognise if it is used in other places.

Organization and Layout - (Out of 20)
Pages wise your site is well organised, but the pages themselves are quite messy. While navigating between the pages the only thing that stays the same is the sidebar, but even this seems to change place on each page. This feels a bit odd and as a new visitor to your site I feel quite lost at times. You need to working on finding a better structure where pages look as similar as possible as not even the footer seems to stay the same on all pages. The whole site loads very slowly and I think the organisation is the reason for this. The server is forced to reload everything every time it loads a page as things are always moving about. You have a good idea for the site but you need to clean it up a bit. Try drawing up on paper exactly what you want and then pretending to be different people visiting your site. What will they pick up on? What will they find easy/difficult? When designing a site it is important to put yourself into your visitors heads.

Content and Information - (Out of 20)
Your site doesn't actually contain that much content. The homepage has no real information on it at all, the About us does have a little, but it doesn't answer anywhere near all of my questions. The news page does give me a better insight, but it isn't very well written or laid out. There is a lot to work on with the content, try drafting your work several times before publishing it on the site.

User Friendliness - (Out of 20)
In some ways your site is very user friendly, it has big buttons and a large wide menu which is easy to read. Navigational wise it works well, but again, elements move around on every page and there are menus clashing with each other. There is a lot more to be done before I can say that your site is completely user friendly. Here I will give the same pointers as I did with the navigation. What is good about your site is that is adapted for all ages and for that reason it is very user friendly.

The content on the site is very well written, even if I do feel that some of it was written in a hurry with a lot of short sentences. Your grammar and spelling is perfect, I can't comment anything here.

I love the idea of your site and the commitment you seem to be putting into it. You have a great start here with the ideas, thoughts and progress is moving forward. You have a lot to work on, but I plan to continue to follow your site, maybe even make my own contribution and I am looking forward to the chance of reviewing your site again in the future.
