Opinion on Giftshuffle

Would really appreciate some feedback on the design of www.giftshuffle.co.uk.

I like the idea of what you have going on here. I can honestly say this would come in handy, for a man like me trying to find a gift for that special someone. I must say though, it was odd having the "Welcome" and the "creating a basket/wishlist" in the bottom. To me, it would make more sense to have that in the top just to make it easier for others to know how to use your site. How you have it now, I have to look on how to use it(literally) rather than having it right there.

Another thing that I found was an odd space between the different gift ideas, reference here- http://tinyurl.com/k2annq4

The last thing is the amount of space between the div "lower-bar". Right now, you have it set to a height of 85px, I suggest making it smaller to reduce the amount of white space.

Thanks so much for the positive feedback, I have lots of ideas of the website and what you are seeing now is just a mockup really of where I see the site being.

In terms of the "how to use the site" you're definitely right, that will be one of the next things I look at changing.
