I'd suggest bringing the forum titles closer to the top of the page. Users have to scroll down too much before they can see the forums.

You may want to clean up your home page message. You might also want to explain exactly what an e-federation is and how it works for the new folks that want to get started. Based on what I read without clicking on any links, I have no idea what it is you do there.
