Opinions?

So, I've been coding this one-page design off and on for a week or so, and here's what I have so far:
Above the fold, with my Darth Designs copyright here and there 😛

The comments I have left in there basically cover everything

Again with the same stuff, but with a footer now. Footer includes that fully-layered PNG file for fireworks, and has columns.

In reality, I could finish this template in a few days as is, and release it. My question to you all is, are there any features you want to see? Any suggestions that I could improve it with? What would you say if I were to tell you I wanted to release this for $3 as a premium template? Is it feasible?

I like it.
I think it would look great on several sites.
$3 should work it would sell but that's just me.

Personally I think the blues should be just a tad bit darker, but that's just personal preference.
I think the header background should be flat on the bottom so as to merge with the navbar smoother. Also the golden badge in the footer doesn't fit the rest of the design, if anything, you would want the logo appear their also.

Also the boxes that have paragraphs in them, the main section and the sidebar, the backgrounds should not be 100% white or the text shouldn't be 100% black, white on black is a strain on the eyes when trying to read large paragraphs. Just barely off white would probably be best.

Just my thoughts.

Thanks very much for the opinions death! I will probably keep the blues the way they are, but thanks for the suggestion anyways 🙂
What exactly do you mean by the header comment?
I was just playing around with something we did in class, I'll go ahead and remove it though 😉

As for the BG, I was considering doing an off-white as well, so this just confirms my suspicions, thanks mate 😀
