Opposing views & friendships?

Do you remain friends with people who's views and opinions oppose your own?

MAny of my mates are like that in fact and yet we get alone very well 🙂

That "agree to disagree". We just don't bring up certain subjects that may invoke an argument. I have had to cut ties though with some who are of the mindset their way is Thee way.
I think of it this way, we'll never find anybody who believes everything we do. Being a human BEing means accepting the person even if you don't accept what they do or believe.

There are some things that a few friends in my life and I don't agree on. While we may have different views. They have morals and we can agree on most things. Hypothetically though, if it's some really dark illegal shit that they're into. I'm afraid that's a friendship that I am unable to support. I'm out on that.

A lot of people claim they can accept opposing views, but they really can't. Instead, they have an attitude with the person and it's very difficult to have a friendship with the person.

I'll stay friends with those who have differing views and opinions, it's when they begin to personally attack me that it becomes a problem and I back away. I don't let people abuse me verbally no matter who they are.
