Im looking into optimizing a blog to get the best SERPS and SE performance. I know there are a lot of plugins out there, but what methods do you use for best SEO and what not?

I always install two main plugins for SEO with my copies of WordPress;

All in One SEO Pack

and

Google XML Sitemaps

They aren't both listed on the top 10 most popular plugin page for nothing. I also usually install a dofollow comment plugin of some kind.

Thanks for the suggestions, but I refuse to use All in One Seo Pack. It might be good plugin, but it only allows certain features for free usage. Meaning, they have a free and premium version. So, they are not allowing anyone to get all the benefits unless you buy it.

Ive never tried the Sitemap's plugin. So, Ill be sure to install it and try it sometime tonight. Btw, Ive already got CommentLuv installled for dofollow comments ( I love it, hehe pun).

I use Blogger

That really does not help me. Im looking for plugin suggestions or even code based instructions. So, can you please try help me, instead of trying to raise your post count?

The best thing you can do for your blogs SEO is to continually add quality keyword rich content to it and then build backlinks to your blog. You should also use PermaLinks to create search engine friendly URLs on your blog.
