Advanced Review of Orbact

First Impressions:
My first impression of your site was pretty good. The only thing I would change from looking at it upon first glance is all the "empty" space on both sides of the site. I don't know why so much empty space bothers me so but I think there could be something you could use in that available space rather than there being nothing there. If at all else fails, you could put some quotes from some happy customers there to fill in that space. That would help promote your business if potential customers could see how happy your present customers are with your services/products.

Good

Website Usability:
I love the fact that you have a drop down menu at the top and to the left a little bit that lets you pick your language. That's something that I've not seen very much off, letting people pick which language they prefer to use. Kudos for catering to your customers and opening up doors for new ones. Under the "Why choose us?", some of the writing is in gray and it isn't enough to stick out against the white background. One of the last things you want is for any of the writing to be difficult to read. That can cause misunderstandings to occur and customers can become unhappy. You always want to make everything clear and easy to read so that there isn't any problems with customers understanding what services/products your site offers. I would make sure to change the writing to a different color, at least, so that it's easily readable.

Good

Business Sensibility:
It's good that you have prices for different domains right there on the index page. That will always be one of the first things that customers will want to know before anything else...."How much?". It is also good that right underneath that, you have a list of reasons as to why potential customers should choose you over any competition you may have. I would always keep both of those front and center. You want people to know why you're better than the competitors. One thing I may suggest is doing a bit of research and I know it's going to sound like I am asking you to spy on your competitors. But in order to receive more customers you have to make sure you have the best pricing on your products/services but you also to have to make sure you offer better products/services for the money. In order to do that, you'll have to take a good look at the competition.

Good

site%20structure.png
Site Structure:
One of my biggest pet peeves is not being able to find what I'm looking for. On a site like yours, I want to be able to see what services/products you offer and the prices for those things. Well, it's all easy to find on your site and that's what I want to see. Nothing frustrates me more than not being able to find my way around a site and that will make me leave a site faster than anything. I do like the fact that you do have a "search" feature right there on the index page of your site, however, I wouldn't make it so prominent. You can move it to the bottom of your site because most people are going to scroll all the way down your front page trying to look for what they want anyway. I would put it at the bottom so that if they don't find what they are looking for then they can begin searching for what they want.

Good

design%20quality.png
Design Quality:
That violet or purple color you are using really sticks out against the dark portion of your background and it really pops. That is something you want, for something to stick out and grab peoples attention. At the same time, you want it to be readable, which it is in the case of your site. Also, I like the design of the banner/header of your site. The only thing I would do differently is I would center it so that the name of your site is right, smack dab in the middle. Also, I would move the "offline" icon off to one side or the other. You can still keep it at the top of the site but I would move it out of the way so that it doesn't interfere with the name of the site, in case you move it over.

Good

originality%2016x16.png
Originality:
Really, the only thing that's really negative about your site is the originality. I've seen several sites that are similar to yours when it comes to the products/services you offer. Like I mentioned before, you should do some research to ensure that you offer better pricing for your products & services but also make sure that you offer better products & services for the money versus your competition. One other thing I want to mention here is I noticed that you have an "About Me" link at the bottom of your site that directs you to another page describing your company (and why your company is better than everyone else). I think that it's good that you offer a little something about your company that is beneficial to your customers, however, I'm going to suggest that you do it a little bit differently. Everyone has an "About Me" link and they usually keep it at the bottom of their site. I would suggest moving that away from the bottom of the site and place it closer to the top of the initial page. Maybe you could even make a widget off to one side or the other that could offer some insight to your company and still provide a link to the page that goes more in-depth about what the company is and what it does. Basically, you want to promote your site to your customers but you want to do it in a different way than everyone else.

Poor

spelling%20grammar%20professionalism.png
Spelling, Grammar & Professionalism:
After reviewing your site, I have not noticed any spelling or grammar mistakes. That is a good thing to not have any of those lying around, especially more than one or two. Beyond a couple of mistakes, it kind of starts looking sloppy and unprofessional at that point. Keep up the good work on that part. As far as professionalism is concerned, you should be sure to provide the best service you can in the "Support" area. As long as you are taking care of that to the best of your ability, then you should be good.

Excellent

Thing you liked best about website: Keep everything easy to find and keep up the professionalism.
Thing you liked least about website: Make sure your products & services are the best in your niche` and make sure you have the best prices.
