Hey, i have done this in some past months but there where always issues. Now i believe i fixed them.
Basically you go to otbotweb.com/popular and click "Start Survey" You fill out the survey and submit. *Only one person per computer/email can submit a vote per month. Your users can vote on your website too! So to get more vote points i suggest you invite them to vote! At the end of the month whichever site has the most votes will win. The winner's link will be put on top of the popular section similar to the current one.
