Ouija board...

I have one myself ..just one of those cardboard glow-in-the-dark ones , I don't use it but it's there should I ever wish to , of course if ..and a big IF I were to use it ( used others years back as a goofy teen) I would open the board and close it properly and show some respect ...

Some folk think it's pie in the sky stuff but I'm my own personal experience I know it's not , it can be a very dangerous thing and one has also has to be so focuses in the right setting and frame of mind , otherwise it will seem like pie in the sky.

I see the Ouija board as trespassing should you encounter the wrong sort of spirit , probably akin to tuning in a radio , but stay focuses , show patience and things sometimes can and do happen , many folk though do not find their lost loved ones through the Ouija , but some more experienced users can and do find their loved ones, but definitely not a device for joking around!

I suppose if a few young lads and lasses are drinking a few beers and looking for a quick scare can often be harmless but should you be unlucky enough to pick up on a very a very spirit , then beware!

It's been years since I actually used a Ouija board and I'm not looking to use it anytime soon!

Some of the much older boards in good condition can fetch quite a few quid!, the antique stuff with a history of much use.

Sounds lol stuff but can be dangerous, does anyone here have experience wether good, bad , funny or whatever of using a Ouija board?

Maybe you've tried a board and got no response and just laughed it off?, it is funny when I've saw them used on to programmes and at least one person is moving the planchette!

Anyone any experiences?

The Ouija board is usually portrayed as an activity that the devil/evil entity can communicate with you through. I've seen enough horror movies to not ever want to mess with one just in case. lol It's not something that I would personally own, I would admire one though if I saw it at an antique shop or something but I still wouldn't touch it. 😛

They have to much of an affiliation with bad spirits being able to also communicate and I don't want that in my world so I have never touched one.

Its a very interesting subject, though never played with one properly myself. I do have a few friends that has experienced this, some good stories and some not so good,

Just like real life you encounter some good and some bad people it all depends on the spirit who wants to reach out to you and what respect as mentioned in the first post you have for that spirit,

It all comes down to what you also believe in, if you don't believe or fail to believe then something may not happen and comes to personal preference of choice to one's beliefs.

I myself believe there is something out there but unsure of what it is and how it feels in terms of connecting with other spirits, but is very fascinating to me weather real or not.

Movies do give a devil like approach (mainly for entertainment / horror vibe) to them but can be used both for good and evil like most things.

I've seen these used in horror films and that's more than enough demonstration for me. I've never used such a device and I don't think I'd ever want to either

I don't own one and I won't use one. I believe in the supernatural and one recurring theme I've seen in shows like Paranormal Witness and A Haunting (which are supposed to be based on actual events) are that Ouiji boards can allow access to more dangerous spirits. So, for myself, why screw around with something that could very easily end poorly? It's like kicking rocks at a hornet's nest... might seem like good fun until you piss them off and they swarm you.

They all need to burn in hell with all of the other demons and ghosts they bring. We had the movie at the theatre and things started happening that no one knew was even possible. We couldn't turn off the projectors, sound wasn't working, the computers froze, things fell from places, I was just about done working at that moment. 😛

As far as I am concerned, that stupid hell ridden piece of wood can go summon itself somewhere else.
