Has anyone used OVH hosting and their servers? How good is the support and uptime? Please share your experience and give me your reviews.

Yes, we have used them. Our shared hosting used to be on a a Xeon E3 1245v2 with 32GB Ram and SW RAID1 from SoYouStart/OVH. Their email support is slow and apparently you can never solve any issues via their phone support. However, you shouldn't really have to ticket in. You can request KVM/IPMI if needed. The hardware is all monitored so that in the event of failure, it is replaced quickly. Uptime is good.

We have used OVH for a few years now and they are the best ones we have ever used. The support on the other hand is a different story. Takes forever to get an answer and their phone support to get an answer is like finding a needle in the ocean.

Servers are monitored and have very high uptimes.
