Your staff is filled with a**holes. It's completely obvious that your staff isn't doing their job right or they are just using their position to gain an advantage over members. Pick your staff wisely and don't let some jerk take the position just because it's the cool thing to do. Staff are very important when it comes to creating a community. You don't want a staff member who is going to be too strict and you don't want one that is going to be too “soft”. Try to find member's who regularly posts on the community and try to get to know them outside of the forum. Obviously, if they seem like a good person inside and outside of the community, then they are fit for the job.
