How often is pagerank updated? I've been checking for ages but haven't seen it updated. Have they relaxed a bit on the updating because no one uses it? I need to know so i can see what my site is worth somehow.

It was updated this month! It seems as though PageRank is of less importance to Google than ever before and they aren't rolling out the updates to toolbar pagerank as often. A website is worth something if it has good traffic and/ or good content and/ or revenue and/ or an awesome domain. I'm sure there are buyers out there for PageRank domains but the domain would have to have a PR > 4.

Google concentrates more on content and relevancy of a website rather than Page Rank. We recently had an update relating Google page rank and many webmasters saw changes to their website PR. But you should concentrate more on your content and ranking your website in Google.

It was revised this month by Google! It appears as though Page-rank is of less importance to Google than ever before and they aren't revolving out the revisions to toolbar page-rank as often. A website is worth certain thing if it has good traffic and/ or good content and/ or revenue domain. But you should concentrate more on your content and ranking your website in Google.

Pagerank doesn't matter at all. I don't know why most of the website evaluator softwares use pagerank and alexa rank to decide the worth of a site. Don't let your pagerank discourage you and continue adding good articles on your site, it'll surely increase it's real value.

Google page rank is very important but Google update page rank once or twice a year. It last updated on Fri 06 Dec Last Year.

Google does not release the dates it decides to do page rank updates. A page rank update (referring to Google page rank) is a day that Google will go through all of its listed sites and assign a new page rank.
