Do you join paid to post forums? Why? Which paid to post forums do you think is the best?

No I don't. I don't want or need any more obligations on my plate. Plus its really a lot of "work" for very little payout and I feel my time is more valuable than that.

ForumCoin is the only paid to post forum that has been around for a decent period of time. Most die off pretty quickly after their owners realize how difficult it is to get ad revenue to cover post rates.

I'm active on ForumCoin because I like the community and I can use FC$ to promote my sites/ projects. I would only join a paid to post forum if the community was decent i.e. I'd want to see high quality posting.

No individual forums themselves, but yes on sites like The Forum Wheel and Postloop. It's something I do occasionally or when I have some extra time to spare. I don't expect to make much but I like finding forums I may have not discovered before.

So you are not really doing it for the money?

I write material for sites but I don't think I would ask for a few pennies. If I am going to do it I am going to do it to help the community. I would rather have people just tap that thank you button if they enjoyed it.

No. Most paid-to-post forums pay 1-3 cents per post anyway. It isn't worth it if you're simply doing it for the money but you can leverage off the fact that the community has a member-base interested in those sort of opportunities.

What does "r=62" mean in the URL you posted? Were you paid to endorse this forum? 😛

It's a referral link sure.. You get like 20FC when your referral reaches 20 or 25 posts on the forum. I mention above I don't do it for the money... 😛 The last time I "cashed out" was in September 2015 (and that was to cash out from holderhost sales which wasn't just mine). I did a Payza for FC$ topic which cost me money on the forum. I did a $15 raffle contest on the forum which cost me money. And- I always provide members options to get my FC$ through different topics. So yeah....

I'm not paid to endorse any forum/ website. BUT- if any website (especially a web host) would like me to endorse them on a forum, I'd charge $50- $100 /mo. 😉

I've been on one before but the owner had a ton of limitations, and then he eventually shut it down. You could only make a certain amount of posts a day and the payout per post was very small. I think it was a waste of time if you don't really like the niche but if you do and you like the community it's a nice incentive.

It's hard to give these forums a chance, since there are many factors in why they never truly work out.

The first biggest factor is the payout ration. It's either set extremely high to where you literally would have to spend weeks just to get a small amount, or the payout is set way too low and you find yourself getting points too fast and not being able to turn over a profit (or stay afloat, causing the forum to get shut down WAY sooner than the owner thought it would take).
