it changes sometimes but no higher then 250 points I think.
250 = $5

I always go with the $5 Amazon gift cards for 450 to maximize my earnings from it.

I have seen swagbucks a million times but never bothered. How much do you think you could earn per week without too much effort?

I make at minimum a $5 gift card every week. I make around 5 of them a month, which is a cap on 5 of the same item redeemed per month. After that you could always go with the Paypal cards. It's not a bad deal. I'm on it every day.
