We bought another set of Wi-Fi Extenders for our house but we're having trouble pairing them. We followed the directions and read the FAQs. What helped you pair them?

I always used Belkin to connect to my neighbors Wi-Fi 8 years ago. They were nice enough to offer it to me but the connection was really weak so I went out and bought myself an extender to get a stronger connection. The thing about Extenders is that it only gives you the choice to connect to that extender or the modem itself. I have no clue on how you could get them to combine due to a difference of software.
We figured it out...it was a huge mistake on our end where my husband disconnected the main one from the router LOL ooops. Then he remembered there was software on my computer and it allowed him to manually pair them and that worked beautifully.
